Price: $3,000 (up to 10 hours)
*We will issue an invoice after the incident is resolved or the 10 hour is used.
On-demand Support Includes:
Debug, troubleshooting assistance and Q&A support provided by Fluentd (td-agent) and Fluent Bit (td-agent-bit) experts.
One-time troubleshooting for one incident. We do not guarantee the symptom you face gets resolved as we see there are cases caused by other components of your system (e.g. load balancer, firewall etc.)
This doesn’t include a patch or a feature development.
No SLA, but an export reaches out to you usually within 1 business day.
Please note that we might not be able to support depending on the incident, we will let you know once the incident is reviewed.
This service is currently available in the US and Japan
Custom or other vendor provided images are not supported e.g. aws/aws-for-fluent-bit
